Vituo hivyo vimesema Sheria ya Mwenendo wa Makosa ya Jinai ya mwaka 1985
inayolitaka Jeshi la Polisi kutomshikilia mtu kwa zaidi ya masaa 24
bila kufikishwa Mahakamani.
Vimelitaka Jeshi la Polisi kuheshimu Katiba ya Jamhuri ya Muungano wa
Tanzania ya mwaka 1977, Ibara ya 15 inayotoa haki kwa kila mtu kuwa huru
na kuishi kama mtu huru.
