Basata yaonya disko toto, maonesho machafu

 
BARAZA la Sanaa la Taifa (Basata), linalosimamia sanaa na burudani nchini, limeonya wamiliki na waendeshaji wa kumbi za burudani, kuepuka kuruhusu disko toto na kujaza watu kwenye kumbi hizo.

Aidha, Baraza hilo pia limesisitiza kuwa halitafumbia macho ukumbi utakaokiuka maelekezo yake, ikiwa ni pamoja na kuruhusu maonesho machafu yenye kudhalilisha utu hasa yanayoonesha maungo ya ndani, kwa kuwa yameshapigwa marufuku.

Hayo yamo kwenye taarifa ya Katibu Mtendaji wa Basata, Godfrey Mngereza iliyotolewa jana kwa vyombo vya habari, kwa lengo la  kuwatakia wasanii na wadau wote wa sanaa heri ya Krismasi na Mwaka mpya.

Huku ikisisitiza kauli mbihu yake kuwa ‘Sanaa ni kazi tuikuze, tuilinde na kuithamini’, Basata iliwataka wamiliki na waendeshaji wa kumbi za burudani, kufuata sheria, kanuni na taratibu zilizo kwenye vibali vyao vya uendeshaji kumbi.

“Wanaelekezwa kuhakikisha wanakuwa na vibali halali vya uendeshaji wa kumbi zao, kuzingatia muda wa matumizi wa kumbi, kuepuka kelele zinazosumbua kwenye maeneo maalumu hasa makazi ya watu na kuhakikisha ulinzi na usalama wa maisha ya watu na mali zao,” ilieleza taarifa hiyo.

Basata pia iliwakumbusha wamiliki wa kumbi za sherehe na burudani, kuwa inakatazwa kukusanya watoto kwenye kumbi hizo kupitia ‘Disko Toto’ katika msimu huu wa Sikukuu za Krismasi na Mwaka mpya, ili kuepuka maafa yanayoweza kujitokeza.

“Uzoefu unaonesha, kwamba nyakati za sikukuu kama hizi wamiliki wa kumbi hujisahau na kuandaa madisko toto hali mbayo imekuwa ikisababisha maafa ambayo yangeepukika kwa kufuata sheria, kanuni na taratibu.

“Aidha, baadhi ya wamiliki na waendeshaji kumbi wamekuwa wakijisahau na kuendekeza faida bila kujali maelekezo ya vibali vyao, wamekuwa wakijaza watu kupita viwango vya madaraja waliyopangiwa na Basata,” ilieleza taarifa hiyo na kuonya kuwa hatua kali na za kisheria zitachukuliwa kwa atakayekiuka maagizo hayo.
