Ndalichako Awalaumu Wazazi Kuwa chanzo cha kushuka kwa maadili miongoni mwa wanafunzi


Serikali  imewalaumu wazazi kuwa ni chanzo cha kushuka kwa maadili miongoni mwa wanafunzi, kwa kuwa kama walezi, hawana ushirikiano mzuri na walimu.

Kutokana na hali hiyo, imesema walimu wameacha  kurekebisha maadili ya wanafunzi kwani hawaungwi mkono, hivyo kuwaongezea kiburi wanafunzi.

Hayo yalisemwa jana jijini Dar es Salaam na Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi, Teknolojia na Mafunzo ya Ufundi, Profesa, Joyce Ndalichako kwenye ufunguzi wa mdahalo kuhusu kujenga na kukuza maadili, haki za binadamu, uwajibikaji utawala bora na mapambano dhidi ya rushwa.

Mdahalo huo ni sehemu ya maadhimisho ya siku ya maadili na haki za binadamu ambayo yatakafikiwa kilele Desemba 10 mwaka huu.

Kuhusu maadili aliwaomba wazazi na walimu kuweka misingi bora ya malezi kwa wanafunzi kuzingatia maadili.

“Wazazi watimize wajibu wao wa kuwalea watoto ipasavyo na wanafunzi mkubali kupokea na kuzingatia mafundisho ya maadili, kamwe msikubali kuja kufunzwa na ulimwengu,” alisema Profesa Ndalichako akiwaasa vijana walioko shuleni kuwa watambue hakuna mafanikio bila nidhamu na bidii.

Aidha, alisema serikali imebaini kuwepo kwa malalamiko kutoka kwa baadhi ya walimu kuwa Bodi za Shule zimekuwa zikipelekewa wanafunzi wakorofi na kuwatetea bila kuchukua hatua na kuwaacha wakiendelea na masomo.

“Kitendo hiki huwapa kiburi zaidi wanafunzi hao na kuamua kuwafanyia vitendo viovu vinavyodhalilisha walimu wao,” alisema na kuwaagiza wakuu wa shule na Bodi zote kuhakikisha wakati wote wanachukua hatua stahiki dhidi ya utovu wa nidhamu unaofanywa na wanafunzi wao.
